We try stock most of the products on our website. In trying to offer a comprehensive range of items we also display non-stocked items. If a non-stocked item is ordered, we'll need to order it from the supplier which will add about 3-5 working days before dispatch. If time is a constraint, please get in touch via email or phone to ensure we have stock before purchasing.
Our shipping terms and conditions also apply to customers ordering via quotation, and not directly through our website.
We do not ship to the following:
Hospitals, Farms, Mines, Chain Stores, Power Stations,
Shipping Fees Explained
We charge a base shipping fee calculated on the order total, and delivery destination. An example is below.
On top of the above shipping fee, we may charge a shipping surcharge for bulky items such as Baths, Toilets, Ceramics, & Sinks. The additional shipping charge is added at checkout.
The shipping fee is based on shipping an order complete. Should an item(s) not be available we'll notify you, and will wait for the item(s) to arrive before shipping the order. If you'd like us to ship seperately, we may request an additional payment for the extra shipping fee.
Expedited shipping is only available on non fragile items, and needs to be quoted.
Once a shipment has left our premises, it usually takes around 1- 4 business days to arrive.
We will provide a tracking number for your shipment so you can track the progress of your delivery.
We can not guarantee a delivery time or day. We will give an estimated delivery date, but sometimes there is a delay which is out of our control.
Any request for a phone call prior to delivery will be passed on to the courier, but we can not guarantee they'll call.
If the incorrect shipping method or location is entered, we have the right to request the additional funds, or to cancel the order.
*Outlying Areas (Port Elizabeth, Garden Route, Hoedspruit, East London, etc)
Please contact us before purchasing a bath or pillar basin as shipping to these areas is quoted on a case by case basis.
Farms or Rural areas will incur an additional surcharge and must be checked with us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to request an additonal payment if shipping to a farm or rural area, or cancel the order.
Damages
All items are inspected for completeness and quality before shipment.
All damaged items need to be reported to us via email within 48 hours of receipt.
All ceramic and fragile products need to be checked with the courier on delivery before they leave. The courier will unfortuatently not wait for someone to check these, so please ensure there is someone available on delivery to check the items before the courier leaves. If there are any damages, please take note of them with the courier & let us know immediately.
Please check all other non fragile goods within 48 hours of delivey.
Please notify us of any issues, which will do our best to rectify quickly. (We need to be notified within 48 hours)
If an item arrives damaged, we reserve the right to refund the full purchase price of the item or re-ship the same item.
If we're notified after 48 hours, there is unfortuantely nothing we can do to assist, so please ensure your order is checked timeously.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment, at the buyer’s expense.
If the courier is unable to make contact to arrange for delivery, the goods will be returned to us. We'll issue a refund less the actual cost of shipping or the amount charged for shipping, whichever is greater. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee if we'll incur costs outside of a normal return. (ie. re-stocking fees charged by our supplier)
If you're address is outside the delivery area of our courier service, we'll ask for an alternative delivery address. If an alternate address can't be provided, or is still outside the delivery area, we won't be able to ship your order, and will have to refund you.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
An order confirmation email will be sent before payment is succesfully completed.
Please ensure payment is also completed to ensure prompt order fullfillment.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for the costs to return the package to our warehouse. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 15 calendar days. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been checked and deemed to be in good condition. Items need to be returned in the same condition they were received, including all retail packaging. A processing fee of 10-25% may apply for any items returned due to no fault of own. Products not stocked will be assesed a restocking fee of 15-20% subject to the supplier allowing the return. All fees incurred by us to return your product are at the purchaser's cost.
Damaged goods must be reported by email within 24 hours after delivery has taken place. Unless otherwise stated goods are deemed to have been received in good working order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds or returns on the following products
• Toilet seats
• Used items, as determined by us
• Any damaged item, not declared damaged within 24 hours of receipt
Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Refunds will be made in accordance with the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect after we’ve received your item(s)
Please note: Return shipping can be costly on large items like baths. Please ensure your items’ style and size will be suitable for your installation before ordering
*A 10-25% handling fee is applicable on all returns
